Water Restrictions

In an effort to save water, the pools at all of our properties have been fitted with special covers. Guests are advised upon check-in regarding the drought situation and encouraged to use water sparingly. The saunas and steam rooms have also been closed and all water treatments have been put on hold until further notice. In order to recycle rain water, water containers have been installed at The Bay Hotel. We are using non-potable water from our Camps Bay Retreat property’s mountain pool and transporting it to The Bay Hotel with a water wagon. The water is used to fill the pools and irrigate gardens. In attempt to save water further, laundry services for our long staying guest will now only take place every 4 days.
